To use BannerWeb you must be a member of university teaching and/or designated support staff. Access is provided via a secure ID and PIN.

If you do not already have a BannerWeb ID/PIN you need to request this through your Head of School/Department. A proforma for this purpose can be obtained from the Banner Functional Team by ringing (0208) 331 9143.

If you have used BannerWeb before but have forgotten your PIN, it can be reset automatically. Enter your user ID and click on the Forgot PIN? Button. You will be prompted for the answer to your security question (defined by you previously). If you answer this correctly you can reset your PIN.

If you still require assistance or experience difficulties in logging in, you should in the first instance check the BannerWeb Notes for Guidance.

If you still have problems logging in you should contact the Banner Functional Team on (0208) 331 9143 between 8.30am and 5pm.
